What you will be selling

What you will need

Public liability insurance: A minimum of $20 million, with a certificate of currency naming the event. Non-negotiable — the venue requires it.
Food stalls: Current council food business registration, a nominated food safety supervisor, and a temporary food stall notification lodged with the relevant council.
Gas and electrical: Gas certificates for any LPG appliance and current test-and-tag on all electrical leads and equipment.
Your own gear: Marquee, tables, weights, lighting and bins. We supply the site, the power connection and the crowd.
Fees: Stall fees vary by event, size and category. We will send you the current rate card when we reply.
Exclusivity: We cap the number of stalls per cuisine or category so you are not standing next to four identical competitors.
