These terms apply to your use of this website and to attendance at events organised by Opera Entertainment Australia.

Using this website

The content of this site is provided for general information. We try to keep event details accurate, but line-ups, timings and venues can change. Always check the event page before you travel.

Text, images and design on this site belong to us or to our photographers and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Media use is covered on our press kit page.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through third-party ticketing platforms, not by us directly, and which platform we use varies by event. Your purchase is subject to that platform's terms as well as ours. Ticket, refund and entry conditions are set out in our Ticket & refund policy.

Conditions of entry

By entering an event you agree to:

Present a valid ticket and submit to a bag check if asked
Follow the directions of event staff, security and the venue
Not bring outside food or drink, alcohol, glass, weapons, drones or professional recording equipment. Baby food and formula, and food required for a medical condition or allergy, are always permitted
Not resell your ticket above face value or use it for unauthorised promotion

We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, intoxicated or disruptive, without a refund.

Photography and filming

We photograph and film our events for promotion. By attending, you consent to being included in that footage. If you do not want to appear, speak to a staff member at the entrance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we are not liable for personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged at an event, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
